Turbett Surgical, a leader in innovative sterilization and operating room efficiency solutions, today announced the appointment of Jennifer Scalise-Mullett, J.D. as the company’s new Vice President, Quality, Regulatory and Compliance.
In this strategic executive role, Scalise-Mullett will oversee all global regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and compliance activities. She will provide executive guidance on quality, regulatory, and compliance matters that inform business strategy, operational decision-making, and organizational growth. Her leadership will support Turbett Surgical’s ongoing expansion and the commercialization of its advanced multi-tray sterilization systems, ensuring the highest standards of product quality, patient safety and regulatory compliance.
Scalise-Mullett brings over two decades of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industries, having held leadership roles with organizations including Fresenius, Biogen Idec, McKesson, and Boston Pharmaceuticals, recently acquired by GSK. She also holds a JD from Suffolk University Law School. Throughout her career, she has successfully guided numerous medical technologies through complex FDA clearances and international regulatory pathways. Her deep expertise in regulatory strategy, compliance, risk management, and quality excellence will be instrumental as Turbett Surgical continues to scale operations and expand its footprint in hospital operating rooms nationwide.
