Maison Territo takes the top distinction in the Large Retail Space category, building on its Gold and Silver certifications at the 19th Grands Prix du Design
MONTREAL, QUEBEC, CANADA, October 23, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Maison Territo, the luxury design destination at Royalmount in Montréal, has been named Grand Winner in the Large Retail Space category at the 2026 Grands Prix du Design. The distinction was announced at the INT Design gala held on October 8, 2026, as part of the competition’s 19th edition, and recognizes a showroom conceived from the outset as a destination for design.
The Grand Winner title builds on the two certifications the project received in this edition of the competition, in the Interior Design discipline: a Gold certification in the Retail: Large category and a Silver certification in the Identity, Signage & Branding special award category.
Spanning more than 11,000 square feet, Maison Territo brings together Fendi Casa, Versace Home, Dolce & Gabbana Casa and Bentley Home under one roof. The design organizes the showroom as a sequence of distinct brand zones that still read as one continuous space, allowing each house to express its own identity while visitors move naturally from one universe to the next.
Several elements give the space its character. Aluminum arches on the façade act as a visual landmark within Royalmount. At the heart of the showroom, a sculptural central bar sits beneath a 17-foot lighting fixture by Larose & Guyon. Throughout, a palette of marble, mahogany, Murano glass and lime plaster creates a setting that complements the collections presented within it.
For architects and interior designers, the recognition confirms what Maison Territo set out to offer: a place where collections from the world’s great design houses can be seen, compared and understood in complete environments rather than as isolated pieces. Each brand zone shows how furniture, lighting and materials work together at full scale, giving professionals a clear reference for the projects they develop with their clients.
The Grand Winner title, together with the Gold and Silver certifications, recognizes Maison Territo both as a design accomplishment and as a space that resonates with the public it was created to welcome.
